THE LEGENDARY ORIGA Rodless Cylinder
ADVANTAGES:
Origa Rodless Cylinders are the simple solution to many complex handling problems. This bolt-on technology for which they are known, means they are easily integrated into existing automatic control systems and are infinitely controllable. The unique profile of the Rodless Cylinder housing demonstrates maximum strength and accurate tracking over long runs.

- SPACE SAVING - Operates in only 50% of the space needed for conventional cylinders.
- EQUAL FORCE & SPEED – With equal force & speed in both directions, the Origa Rodless cylinder ensures constant speed and movement. Combine Origa proximity sensing with the right control valves and accurate mid-stroke positioning is achieved, by applying the same air pressure to each port.
- ACCEPTS CANTILEVER LOADS – the built-in rigidity of barrel & piston allows the cylinder to accept direct high bending moment without the need for additional engineering when handling off centre loads.
- INHERENT RIGIDITY – High levels of inbuilt rigidity & support accommodate the heaviest loads eliminating the need for additional design & engineering.
- ANY LENGTH OF STROKE – Infinitely variable stroke lengths are available up to 12 metres.
- SELF GUIDING – Internally supported, the Origa Rodless Cylinder ensures accurate guidance over the entire stroke and does away with the need for precision ground guides
